ITINERARY FORM
Please provide us with the details of all the journeys you would like us to make on your big day.
Please be as specific as you can with timings and provide full addresses.
If you would like to have a champagne drive or a location shoot after your ceremony, please let us know at this point.

LAST MINUTE CHECKS
We will contact you at the beginning of the week of your wedding to go through the finer details.

THE BIG DAY
OUR ARRIVAL
You can expect us to arrive at the first pick up around 15 minutes before the schedule departure time. It is imperative when doing multiple journeys that the first journeys leave on time to avoid any further delays.
PARKING
Please ensure that space is reserved outside the pick up points and also outside the church or venue.
BOTTLE OF BUBBLY
If you are choosing to have a bottle of bubbly in your car, please make sure you remember to give it to us when we arrive to collect you. We will, of course, provide crushed ice and glasses.
LUGGAGE
Space is limited within our cars so please travel light.
CHAMPAGNE DRIVE/ LOCATION SHOOT
If you are going for a drive after the ceremony or on a location shoot, please ensure this is done immediately after the ceremony. This location should be included in your itinerary form.
